Michael Winfield

Michael Winfield heads up the Executive Search division of Winfield Search recruiting typically from Board Directors to Heads of Departments.

Michael has enjoyed a 20 year career in recruitment.

A leading recruiter of executive talent Michael enjoys a varied and extensive client base across FTSE 250, International Conglomerates,

Professional Services, Venture Capital, Private Equity, OMB and Sports and Leisure markets. He has a strong track record of recruiting Board Directors, Non Executive Directors, Chief Financial Officers, Finance Directors, Senior Finance Heads in the UK and overseas markets.

Michael is married with three children.

Fiona Hartfield Associate Director

Fiona has spent the last 16 years specialising in senior financial appointments within the Commerce and Industry sector.

Fiona's early career was spent with Harrison Willis as a finance recruiter focusing on the media sector. Fiona quickly became responsible for running the permanent commercial finance business for the London market.

Most recently Fiona has enjoyed success working for boutique search and selection firms such as Winfield Ward and now takes on senior finance assignments across a broad reach of clients from FTSE 100 business's to PE backed SMEs.

Outside of work, Fiona is kept busy with her young family and can be found on the Netball court most Wednesday evenings!

Alan Moore Chairman

A Human Resources professional Alan was previously a main board director of the brewing giant Courage. On leaving Courage he founded a significant private equity backed pub company which was grown, developed and successfully sold four years later.

A leisure specialist he has also undertaken high profile roles for Ernst & Young and Dawnay Day and is non executive Partner of the Delphi Partnership LLP a Corporate Finance Boutique.

Outside of work Alan is a lifelong supporter of Everton FC.
